The Chocolate Project
Founded in 1999 by chef David Mincey, The Chocolate Project began as a passion project to raise awareness about issues in the chocolate industry. What started as small educational events in Victoria evolved into Canada’s largest craft chocolate retailer and educator, now offering over 350 bars from 60+ bean-to-bar makers around the world.
